Succulent meat and the freshest vegetables.

Food is important to us; we pride ourselves on using specially selected local and regional suppliers, such as Wing Fish of St Mawes, to ensure our menu is created using seasonally relevant, quality ingredients.

Our Regionally nominated Chef, Adam Gibson, creates the pub menu from scratch, so be prepared to consume a truly authentic home-cooked meal.

Upon entering, you might notice the heavenly smell of freshly baked bread, which we bake on-site each day.

Sundays’ menu features a quality roast, which includes, four cuts of beef; Rump, Rump Cap, Jacobs Ladder & Topside.

We are passionate about ales, so expect our range to be diverse. The bar features Wickwar Wessex Brewery favourites, BOB and Falling Star, accompanied by 3 monthly rotating Regional ales. For the cider fans, we have Thatcher’s Gold and a traditional Big Apple. We also have fantastic cocktail menu, garnished and built using fresh, locally sourced fruits, which evolve to reflect the seasons.
